The Community Trust of Southland (CTOS) offers the Murihiku Aspirations Programme in recognition and support of applicants striving to reach a personal goal. In particular the Trust is keen to help you if you’re planning the likes of part-time or fulltime tertiary study at Diploma or Degree level or you want to complete an Outward Bound or Aoraki Bound course. The Trustees are also willing to consider applications for other established, recognised programmes especially if your application meets all the other requirements.

To be eligible to apply for the Murihiku Aspirations Programme you will need to: -Be over 20 years -Be a New Zealand citizen or hold New Zealand permanent residency -Be currently residing in the CTOS area and have done so for no less than three years -Demonstrate financial and/or other circumstances that act as a barrier to accessing opportunities; demonstrate initiative and a vision for what you want to achieve.
