A leading institute in Italy and Europe for scientific productivity, the University of Milan is the largest university in the region, with approximately 65,000 students. EveryWare Lab is a research laboratory of the Computer Science department at the University of Milano. Our research activities are focused on data management for mobile and pervasive computing. More specifically, we are currently investigating issues at the intersection among the areas of mobile and pervasive computing, context representation and reasoning, and privacy.

The successful candidate is expected to have a PhD degree in computer science or related fields, a strong publication record, and experience in collaborative research projects. Applicants are expected to have strong programming skills, the ability to work independently, as well as good English language skills. The working language will be English; knowledge of Italian is welcome but not required.
