Responsibilities include the development of algorithms and tools for the analysis of deep-sequencing data. In close interaction with our experimental partners, the bioinformatician will have access to epigenomic data from state-of-the-art technologies and provide algorithmic solutions to their analysis and interpretation. The scientist will also help to train users and partners in the experimental design and analysis of genome-wide data.
